Financial Due Diligence and Deal Advisory Services

Whether you are a potential buyer or a seller, it’s critically important that detailed due diligence is performed on all opportunities, risks, and challenges inherent in a deal. If you are a potential buyer, robust due diligence will help you to ensure that the transaction is the right fit for your business at the right price. If you are a potential seller, then seller-side due diligence will minimize the risk of having surprises during the sales process; you will have an edge of informed negotiation with increased surety of closing the deal and value retention. Our deal advisory team helps buyers and sellers in performing due diligence of financial, operational, technical, and strategic assumptions in potential deals in the insurance and healthcare sectors; and financial due diligence of all other financial and non-financial services sectors.

Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Data Entry Services

Accounting is the process of recording financial transactions pertaining to any financial activity whether it be a business, a government entity, or a not-for-profit entity. In addition to recording the financial transactions, the accounting process includes summarizing, analyzing, and reporting these transactions to the management and owners of the business, oversight agencies, regulators, and tax collection agencies. The financial statements used in accounting are a concise summary of financial transactions over an accounting period, summarizing a company's operations, financial position on the closing date, and cash flows during the accounting period.

Bookkeeping is the recording of financial transactions and is part of the accounting process in business and other organizations. It involves recording transactions according to Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) US GAAP and IFRS from source documents for all transactions, operations, and other events of a business involving financial activities.

Data Entry involves entering data from various sources into the company's operational and/or financial systems for processing and management of business activities.

With the supervision of local and international qualified accountants, our multi-disciplinary Accounting and Bookkeeping team has experience of working with diverse industries and business solutions such as QuickBooks, NetSuite ERP, Dynamics, Freshbooks, Xero, SAP Business One, Sage50, Sage DacEasy, Sage Business Works, MYOB/Account Edge, PeachTree, T24, AS400, People Soft, ADP and Hyperion.
